Big Ben : Big Ben it’s
the world’s most famous clock and it’s located on the St. Stephen Tower, on the
British Parliament. The
name Big Ben is used to describe the tower, the clock and the bell but the name
was first given to the Great Bell. The bell was producted in 1858 and the name
of George Mears, who helped producing the bell,is written on the bell.The
british radio BBC transmits all of the bell’s rings. Each hour the clock strikes the bell
and the number of chimes match
the number of hours.

London Eye: London Eye
it’s one of the biggests ferris wheels in the world, it’s also known as
Milennium Wheel,it is one of the most visited attractions of London.The wheel
is on The Guinness World Records,as the world’s biggest ferris wheel,but in
2006 another ferris wheel stole this title and is located in China.

Tower Bridge: Tower
Bridge is a suspension bridge in London and crosses the River Thames. The
bridge is basically two towers “tied” together. This bridge has become an icon
of London, considered an ingenious construction to very advanced for its time. Visitors
can cross the bridge for free, however, to visitate the towers inside it’s
necessary to buy a ticket. The bridge was officially opened on 30 June 1894 by
The Prince of Wales, and his wife, The Princess of Wales. The bridge is 244
meters with two towers each 65 meters high.

Abbey Road: The
pedestrian crosswalk at Abbey Road became famous after The Beatles did an album
cover in 1969.It’s also known for the Abbey Road Studios, The Beatles and many
other famous popular music performers have recorded at this studio, and The
Beatles named their last studio album Abbey Road. The album's cover photograph
shows the four group members (John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and
Ringo Starr) walking across the zebra crossing outside the studio entrance. Abbey Road is
located in the district of Camden in London. Thousands of people cross this
track copying the footsteps of The Beatles.

Green Park: Every year
millions of Londoners and tourists visit The Green Park, the smallest of the
capital's eight Royal Parks. It was founded in 1554 and is next to Buckingham Palace
and the Palace of St. James, it covers 19 hectares. Visitors can rent sun
chairs, daily,during the months of March and October.
